سأعترف أن المزاج العليل واستحضار أجواء العيد هي التي قادتني لكتابة هذه الكلمات (كمقالة ثانية تُنشر في يوم واحد)، التي وجدت بعد تفكير مطوّل أن لا مناسبة؛ ولا شيء يستحق أن يُكتب عنه اليوم، مثلما يستحق أن يُكتب عن العيد، مع بعض التأملات.

الأحفاد

أعطيت والدتي قبل أيام معلومة لم تصدّقها. اضطررت معها للجلوس للإسهاب في الشرح، وهي:

استطعت إقناعها بعد أن ذكّرتها أن أبناء وبنات إخوتي أنفسهم لديهم أطفال (يشكّلون كما قلنا الجيل الرابع)، وعددهم حتى كتابة هذه السطور هو: ستة عشر. ويعدون ضمن حسبة الأحفاد بطبيعة الحال.
